Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

To register as an at large member, please complete the form below. Once the send button is clicked, you will be taken to the payment page to complete your membership purchase.

Note: ONLY If you are registering multiple members, you will need to complete a membership CSV file. You will also need to be sure to select the quantity of user memberships to match each entry in your CSV file. You may select the quantity on the next page of the process, after the send button is clicked on this page.
