Congratulations to the 18 AZALAS Aspiring Leaders!

Congratulations to the 18 AZALAS Aspiring Leaders from Nogales Unified School District, Sahuarita Unified School District, Santa Cruz Valley Unified School District, and Sunnyside Unified School District, who will be recognized on April 30th for completing their program of 10 sessions in two years. Thank you Superintendents Angel Canto, Manny Valenzuela, David Verdugo, and Jose Gastelum for recognizing the leadership in each of these cohort members and supporting them throughout their program.

The AZALAS Aspiring Leaders Program is successful because of one leader, Mr. Joe Quintana. He organizes every training and has a great relationship with our cohort members and their district administration. We also want to recognize one of our AZALAS sponsors, Mr. Ken Spero with SchoolSims. SchoolSims provides simulation-based experiential learning.
