SUMMARY: This position contributes to the District’s goal of preparing today’s youth for tomorrow’s challenges by maximizing their options for life through academic and social growth; works with and supports teachers and administrators in areas of student conduct, student transportation, campus maintenance, campus cafeteria and all other support services for the campus/site.
SUPERVISES: All personnel serving the assigned school under the direction of the Site Principal

Demonstrates a pattern of life-long learning, willingness to take risks, committed to professional collaboration, understanding of and experience with curriculum integration and alternative assessment, effective oral and written communication skills, experience in teaching adults, ability to foresee needs and take appropriate action, understanding and experience with facilitating educational change, experience using independent judgment to facilitate problem solving.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provision of the Board policy or evaluation of professional personnel.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret education materials and programs; ability to write reports, procedure manuals, and correspondence; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of teachers, students, administration, and the community.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference; ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
